View the history of a Risk Assessment

1. Locate the Risk Assessment in your register. Click Risk Assessment History in the shortcut buttons on the right.

2. This will display a history of the Risk Assessment and any amendments, including the associated user and the time and date the changes were made.

3. You can also get to this from within a Risk Assessment.

Click the Title to access the Risk Assessment. Click History in the top right.
