Add a Risk Assessment

1. Hover over the Registers tab and click Risk Assessment.

2. Click Add Risk Assessment.

3. Step 1 is the Description.

Add your title – this field is mandatory.

There are also the following optional fields:

  • Reference – You can use this to sort in register view.
  • Situation – Needs to be taken into account for ISO 45001.
  • Labels – Will appear for filtering in register view. Previously added labels will appear automatically for selection.
  • Departments / Teams – Works the same as Labels, giving you another filter.
  • Assessment Date – Can be past, present, or future.
  • Assessed By – Free text.
  • Description – For any further information you’d like to include.

4. Click Next.

5. Step 2 is Assessment.

Add hazards to your Risk Assessment.

You can either click Add Hazard to add a new hazard, or click Copy Hazard to make a copy of a hazard that’s already been added to another Risk Assessment.

Multiple hazards can be added to a Risk Assessment.

6. Click Next to create your Risk Assessment.
