Add an Additional Control to a Hazard

Skip steps 1 and 2 if you have just added a new hazard to a Risk Assessment.

1. On the Risk Assessment homepage, click the Hazards tab.

2. Click Click to add in the Additional Controls column of your chosen hazard. This is next to the colour-coded risk rating.

If you don’t see this option as there is already an existing additional control, but you’d like to add more, click the Edit Controls icon on the right.

3. In the View Hazard popup, click Add Additional Control.

4. Fill in your additional controls.

5. Click Add.

Repeat from step 3 if you wish to add multiple additional controls to the hazard.

6. You can now click Close, unless you would like to set a residual risk score.
