Filter or sort your legal register

1. Hover over the Environment or Health & Safety tab and click Legislation Register.

2. Click Full Register View in the top right.

This displays your register as a list, as opposed to being sorted into chapters. You can also access this view from your dashboard’s comments and action reports.

3. Untick the Show All tick box for jurisdictions, status or departments (for accounts with department filters added) to display a drop-down menu.

4. Select the tick boxes for what you would like to filter by.

5. Click Filter.

This will display a list of legislation filtered to your selected options.

6. You can also filter titles by a keyword. Type this into the Title box and click Filter.

3. Click the arrows next to each column heading to sort your register in alphabetical or numerical order.

4. Click again to reverse the order.

TIP: Sort comments in ascending numerical order to quickly locate pieces of legislation that haven’t yet got a comment against them.
