Consultations

1. Hover over the Environment or Health & Safety tab and click Consultations.

2. A list will appear, filtered to your jurisdictions and profile.

Show All in the top right will remove this filtering.

Active consultations are open and available for comment. Archived consultations are closed and no longer available for comment.

3. Click the title to access the entry.

Each entry provides an overview of the consultation, a link to the full text and an end date.

1. Scroll to the bottom of a consultation.

2. In the Relevant Legislation section, click + to expand a chapter.

3. Select the tick box next to any piece of legislation that you would like to link.

4. Selected legislation will now display as a list in the Currently Linked To section at the bottom of the page.

Linked consultations will also appear within the legal entry.

1. Click Set Alert at the top of a consultation.

2. Use the tick boxes to select who the alert is for.

3. Input your Message Text.

4. Chose when you would like the alert to send – either Immediately or On Date using the calendar.

5. Click Create Alert. This will send an email notification to the recipient(s) regarding the consultation.
