You can pull your data off the system into a spreadsheet.

1. Click the user icon in the top right.

2. Click Export Registers.

3. Single sites can use the tick boxes to select the parts of the system you’d like to download into Excel.

Legislation and Comments is the data from your legal registers, and this includes data for Environment and Health & Safety, if you subscribe to both disciplines.

If you’re a super-user or a multi-user on a multi-site account, you’ll see additional steps where you can choose which register(s) you’d like to export the information from. You’ll also be able to choose whether you’d like the data for the selected sites in one tab of the spreadsheet (Merge Sites) or separated into tabs by site (Separate Tab Per Site).

4. Click Export.

This will create an Excel file and save to your downloads.

TIP: Use the filter function within Excel if you want to see certain information within your export, such as one discipline only or a certain jurisdiction.

Actions, New In Your Register, Aspects, Risk Assessments, and Hazards will also allow you to export a copy of just those sections directly from their page. Click Export in the top right.
