Uploaded files

For all of our registers, you can upload supporting documents to an entry.

Many file types are supported, and can be up to 5MB in size.

Use the below tabs to see where this is located in each register.

Aspects

Click an Aspect Title to open an Aspect.

Scroll down past the information and significance evaluation. The blue tabs are at the bottom of the page.

Risk Assessment

On the Risk Assessment homepage, click the Title of a Risk Assessment to open it.

Scroll past the information and risk level score. The tab will be located at the bottom of the page.

You can also attach documents to Hazards.

Click the Hazards tab on the Risk Assessment homepage.

Click the Title of a Hazard to open the View Hazard popup.

Risks & Opportunities

Click the Title of either a Risk or Opportunity to open the entry.

Scroll down past the information and sources. The blue tabs are at the bottom of the page.

Objectives

Click the Reference of an Objective to open the entry.

Scroll down past the information and sources. The blue tabs are at the bottom of the page.

1. Click the Uploaded Files tab within an entry.

2. Click Upload File.

3. These options will display.

To upload a new file, enter a Title and click Choose File to browse for your file. Click Upload.

To attach a file you’ve already uploaded, use the drop down menu under Link to uploaded file. This will display a list of all files you’ve already added to the system elsewhere. Select your file and click Link to file.

5. When a document is attached, you can click the hyperlink to open a copy directly from the entry.

1. Click the user icon in the top right.

2. Click Uploaded Files.

This will display a list of all files added to that section.

2. Click the Title to download a copy.

3. Links to register entries will display if a document has been attached against something. Click to access the entry.

4. Delete will remove an attached document from your organisation’s account and any linked entries.

5. Edit will display the below options.

Amend the text box and click Update to change the title of a document.

To change a file, click Choose File. Browse for the new version and click Replace File. This will update the document in all linked entries.

TIP: Use this to replace outdated copies of files, such as when you receive a new ISO certificate.
