Changes to updates for the EU Biocides Regulation and EU Plant Protection Products Regulation entries on LUS

We are changing the way we deliver updates for entries that relate to specific pieces of legislation that get a high volume of updates each month.

Instead of adding individual updates for each piece of new legislation relating to the following entries, we will instead provide one monthly update in LUS, which details all of the changes together. This ensures you will still be notified of all relevant changes at the end of a month, but don’t have to acknowledge each update individually, saving you time and enabling you to focus on changes that have an impact to your organisation’s legal compliance.

This change relates to updates to the following entries on LUS:

• Regulation (EU) 528/2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products (Environment).
• Regulation (EU) 528/2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products (Health & Safety).
• Regulation (EU) 540/2011 implementing Regulation (EC) 1107/2009 as regards the list of approved active substances (Environment).

N.B. If there are actual changes to the main regulation itself, we will continue to add these as separate updates.
