Reset your password

1. Click the user icon in the top right.

2. Click My Profile.

3. Under Security, click Change Password.

3. Enter your new password and click Change Password.

1. On the login page, click Forgotten your login details?

2. Enter the email address associated with your account, check the I’m not a robot box, and click Go!

3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link.

The link is only valid for 24 hours. You will need to repeat the above steps if it has been longer.

There will also be a reminder of your username within the email. All usernames are case sensitive.

TIP: If you don’t receive the system email, it may be blocked by your organisation’s spam filters. Please provide the following information to your IT department to enable them to whitelist our emails: The mail IP is 185.211.122.129 and sending domains are @legislationupdateservice.co.uk and @thecompliancepeople.co.uk.

4. Enter your new password and click Change Password.

5. Your password will be updated. Click login page to return to log in.
