Our multi-sites and department filter options can help if your organisation is too complex for the standard single-site account.

Multi-sites

  • Gives you separate registers each with their own individual setup for relevant legislation, within the same account/login.
  • Keep comments, actions, traffic light statuses etc. separate and applicable to each individual site, making auditing against each site and demonstrating their compliance clearer and easier.
  • Ability to restrict users to the register(s) they need, if compliance is managed separately across sites.
  • Ideal if you have more than one physical location and each location carries out different activities (e.g. one location is an office building, another is a manufacturing facility), therefore has different compliance requirements to manage.
  • Cost: Offered at 50% discount of your main site. From £489.50 + VAT per additional site.

How does it work?

Once we've added your extra site(s), you can use the drop-down in the top right to switch between registers within a single login.

Each register will have the ability to have its own setup of jurisdictions and activities, displaying separate sets of relevant legislation. Comments/actions/traffic lights etc. will be made individually against each site.

Each site will have its own dashboard with individual data reflecting its registers, making reporting and monitoring per location simple.

Consolidated view will combine all of your sites into a single viewable register, if you need to take an overarching look at your organisation's compliance. This is provided free of charge to all multi-site accounts.

You can also create individual registers for Aspects, Risks & Opportunities, and Objectives, if each of your sites has different things to be considered.

Department filters

  • Allows you to assign legislation in your register to a list of departments relevant to your operations.
  • Once departments are added and legislation has been assigned, your single legislation register can be filtered by relevant departments.
  • This can give you a list of applicable legislation per department.
  • Ideal for particularly big or complex single site registers that need additional structure and filtering options.
  • Cost: £300 + VAT per year.

How does it work?

You'll get an extra stage in your legislation register setup to create your required labels.

Assign departments to pieces of legislation using the tab at the top of each entry.

You'll see an extra column in your legal register showing any assigned departments.

Click Full Register View in your legal register. You'll be able to tick which department(s) you'd like to see, and click Filter to view a list of legislation with the selected department(s) assigned.
