There are several different user levels available on LUS. These control the ‘editing’ and ‘read-only’ access of team members to your account:
Super-user – In multi-site accounts a Super-user has User rights at all the sites. They can edit and delete comments made by other users in the Legislation Register. They can add new users to the account and deactivate users from the account.
User – Receives newsletters and has full access at a single site. Users can edit register Profiles, make legislation relevant or irrelevant, add Comments, Actions and Attachments. They can also add and edit Aspects, Hazards, Risks & Opportunities and Objectives. They cannot edit other users comments.
Multi-user – In multi-site accounts a Multi-user has User rights at one of the sites and Observer (read-only) rights at the other sites.
Risk Assessment User – A Risk Assessment user can only edit and view the Risk Assessment tool. They have no access to any other features.
Observer – Receives newsletters and has read-only (non-editing) access at a single site (i.e. in a multi-site account an Observer will only be able to access one of the sites). An Observer can complete Actions assigned to them in the Legislation Register but can’t assign Actions to themselves or others.
Changing user levels
Only the LUS Team can edit user levels, so if you need to edit yours or your team’s user levels just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
